  5. Escapexstacy is the debut album of Finnish gothic metal band Poisonblack. It was released on February 17, in Germany, February 25, in the United States and Canada, and March 8, .

  7. And the day I got that cd in the mail and popped it in my cd player I was horribly disappointed. Memorable melodic riffs and choruses: GONE. Simply put: "A Dead Heavy Day" took the 'gothic" out of Poisonblack's gothic-rock sound. In actuality, the album sounds more like Sentenced than Poisonblack but like a not-very-good Sentenced album/5(18).
  8. I love this album. After listening to it, I searched for other albums by Poisonblack. As it turns out, their other albums have a different lead vocalist. I didn't like any of the other albums. But I did eventually discover The 69 Eyes, which I think that you will like if you like Escapexstacy. Check out The 69 Eyes fantastic album Paris Kills /5(29).
